Not many of us heard about Barcamp,but it will be a great gathering in Malaysia that gather all desired people who is willing to share and learn in an open environment.In this coming July,there will have a first gathering at Megan Avenue 1 and the most impressive part is these committees are ad-hoc committee and they do not know each other but the trust among all the volunteer members who are willing to contribute their ideas,time and even money.Lets show our support by joining this gathering which they had put so much effort on it.

What do you think about the global oil prices hike?A lot of people has suffered from this big impact especially for those who is earning a fixed income and can't adapt with this big change.Regardless whether you have transport or not,you still need to concern about it because you will possess a transport one day.

My point of view is we can't control oil prices and inflation,there is no way for us to control as well.Many people will only complain the government and economy but never review yourself why still have a same income and why boss never increase the salary and son on ,do you think these are all others fault?In fact when you point other ,the other 3 fingers are pointing back to you ,we should review ourself why we can't increase our income or should i work hard to earn more money!

Since we can't change the fuel prices,why not we start thinking of how to increase more money ?There are many ways to make money but i will choose internet business as an added income because :

1)It does not require a huge capital to start .
2)It is flexible and you can do it in anyway at anytime.
3)Your business can be marketed globally .
4)You can build a huge customer list in a short period by using opt in software such as Aweber.
5)If you are selling information such as e-book-you do not need to worry about the drop shipping,customer just download the info and you start making money.
6) Internet business is a win-win business that no one will lose.

I start making my first $1000 after one month,it is not much for many people out there but it is an additional income for me and it increases every month.This month it turns up to $2000++ by doing internet business.

Recently,i am busy running training at Dubai ,Abu Dhabi,Jakarta,Singapore and etc.Besides that i am also a freelance event planner cum coordinator during night time and weekend,it makes my life really busy with so many events but i really enjoy what i am doing right now because i got a chance to deal with a lot of people from different countries and build up a network ultimately.I will say this is an off line social networking and it is equal important as online social network if you really into online business.

Do you believe you can make money blogging?I have seen many bloggers believe that they can make a lot of money from blogging.So,they started to find out how to monetize the blog such as placed all the advertisement at the blogs,start to join a lot of social networks from day to night without fail.Since Entrecard has been released,many bloggers strive hard to drive traffics from dropping Entrecard and advertising at others blog.But after few months,they find that actually it is not easy to make money blogging which they never thought initially,do you still believe that you can make money blogging?

I am sure you want to success in your life by earning as much as you can,but of course not only from Internet,there are so many ways to make money.Today i will talk about "power of believe" and hope can motivate you to believe yourself and start making money blogging.

1)You really follow John Chow's footstep.
2)The contents that you write are extremely unique or as good as John Chow.
3)You can drive 10000 unique visitors or more per day within 3 months.
4) You get a top rank at all search engine in very short period.
5)Your subscribers are as many as John Chow or perhaps half of it is fine also.

After i watched these video,i found that there are few important attitudes that we can learn from Lee Hom.Frankly ,i could not sleep whole night yesterday after i watched these interview on CNN,he makes me feel that no one is hopeless that we can achieve anything in our life as long as we have a strong determination.

What we can learn from Wang Lee Hom?

1)Passion
Are you passion on what you are doing?Lee Hom was so passion on music since 3 years old,as you guys know he wanted to learn violin when he was 3 years old,however he was not allowed by his parent because for her parents was too young to learn.He was so happy when he can learn Violin by 6 years old and he was so enjoying what he was doing.

2)Determination

He did not know how to write and read Mandarin initially,but with his strong determination ,he produced so many popular Mandarin song such as "Wei Yi"-English "You are the only one",even until now i still listen to this song,it is so touched and meaningful.

3)Think Big
He dares to think to spread his songs in whole Asia.His album is not only available in Taiwan but you can find his album in Japan,Korea,Thailand ,Australia,US,China and so on.He can sing Japanese song although he can't speak Japanese at the beginning. With his great attitude to learn ,he is getting very famous in Japan market.Besides that,he can speak 5 languages which are English,Mandarin,Cantonese,France and Japanese,he speaks these 5 languages fluently.

4)Learning
He is still learning although he is so famous and success.His expectation to himself is very high,in fact he listens to other singer's song to improve his song writing quality in order to produce the best songs to everyone .

I heard a lot of Entrecard users are leaving especially those pioneers of Entrecard who has been using it quite sometime.What is the reasons they want to leave?Frankly speaking,i don't know.Perhaps they had achieved what they want such as number of subscribers ,traffics....or maybe they have better place to expand their blog .What ever it is,the most important thing is are you going to stay or leave?You might give a tons of reason to leave such as Johncow and Mike from bloggin-ads were leaving because they said they did not receive quality traffics from Entrecard,increase high bounce rate because Entrecard has a lot of chain droppers or did not achieve what they want to.....blah blah blah.Tell you what they had earned more than what Entrecard has offered.

Try to ask yourself sincerely,do you think all these are Entrecard's fault?Then you will heard a lot users complained since using Entrecard,their blog's Alexa rank dropped dramatically with new Algorithm.In fact,it was no longer based on people with the Alexa's tool bar visiting your site. According to the latest post from Graham about Alexa rank,he stated that it was now based on some new top-secret sauce and he advised that in order to spike in Alexa is the number of links to your website,the more link to your website the better it is.

There are three reasons why i am still using Entrecard:

1)Graham Langdon is going to expand the social networking features and enhance the advertising network by adding greater control and analytics.This is very important for blogger who wants to advertise their blog and would like to expand their blog to another level,if you quit Entrecard now,you might lose out the best from Entrecard.

2)The main objective of Entrecard is to allow every Entrecard user to read a full post and leave a comment before dropping their card.I know this might be impossible to everyone including i myself but i will read the blog itself if the contents are useful and will leave a comment on the post which i do it every day.I like to read blog regardless it is new or old.I am new blogger and i also hope some one will read my post which is the same goes to new blogger/new Entrecard user,they hope someone to read their post as well.We should give a chance to new blogger/user to grow such as leave a comment to improve their content and so on instead of just dropping the Entrecard .I know we can't control them but we should change our mindset first then influence to other Entrecard user slowly.This is what i call "Human Revolution".

3)Besides using Facebook,Entrecard is my social network program.I like using Entrecard to social with other bloggers because i can learn from other bloggers within my niche in order to brush up my skill and enhance my knowledge.For non-niche related one ,i will treat them as an additional knowledge to me .We should learn new things everyday.Entrecard is the best place to communicate and find out the solution faster than i searched from web directory.

Leave or stay is all up to you,my advise is don't be influenced easily by others and try to analyze by yourself.If you think you have better place to go,perhaps you can treat Entrecard as a place for you to know new friends but don't give up Entrecard as Entrecard won't give up you.

Blogging Wars - Wordpress Vs Blogger

There's a war going on in the blogosphere, and it has nothing to do with bloggers dissing each other on their respective websites. The war is about control of the blogosphere by several great, many good, and tons of terrible blogging platforms. The average newbie now has "too many" options to choose from, and the battle for blogging supremacy is hotter than ever.

At my website and blogs, I'm always asked the question "Is Wordpress better than Blogger?". The answer, of course, is "Yes". But to really understand why, it's important to look at both blogging platforms side-by-side and see which one you really need.
Here's the comparison scale:

1) Ease of Set-up And Use

Yes, it’s much easier to set-up a blog with Blogspot.com and get your own Bloggger account. You can be done in 10 minutes flat. Once you're set-up you can start posting immediately. If you want to add a designer's touch to your blog, there are also tons of blogger templates available for free.
Installing Wordpress however can be a major headache if you don't know what you're doing. Since you're going to host it on your own account, you'll need to download the installation files, upload them to your server, set-up a database, and run the configuration script.

However, if you know which hosting account to get, you can choose one with Cpanel included. With Cpanel, you can do a one-click installation, upgrade and removal of your Wordpress platform.

2) Customization & Advanced Use

Blogger doesn’t allow categories. You can’t sort your articles into different focuses, unless you know how to hack the platform. With Wordpress, not only can you add categories, you can also display each category differently on your main page. In fact with the correct plugins you can even turn your Wordpress into a magazine-like portal.

Publishing with Blogger can be a pain in the ass. It can take forever to post articles, especially if you’re making changes to the entire website. With Wordpress, publishing is much faster, although if you load your system with all kinds of bells and whistles it can be just as frustrating. With a Blogger account, you can get additional features like "Shout Boxes" that improve interaction on your site. You can also get pretty themes and nifty little tools that you can add to the core template files. However, that's as far as you can go with Blogger.

With Wordpress however, the sky is the limit. As cliche as that may sound, not only can you get themes, additional "plugins" and advanced tools, you can also extend Wordpress to far beyond just a blogging platform.
The talk today is about using Wordpress as a complete, user-friendly Content Management System or CMS.

4) Copyrights and Ownership of Content

I started with Blogger and I won’t say that it’s bad. But after a while I started to get frustrated with Blogger, and here’s why: Google Owns Your Content
Google has the authority to shut down your account without warning if they don’t like what you’re blogging about. You don't have absolute control over your own blog. With Wordpress, you own the domain name and the blog is hosted on your own account. You have full control over your content.

With the self-hosted version of Wordpress (not Wordpress.com), you're free to write about anything you want, and use the software in any way you want. Yes, Blogger allows you to publish to your own domain, but they still own the database that holds your content! Don't forget that!

5) Search Engine Optimization and Traffic

There's this propaganda that since Google owns Blogger, they tend to favor Blogger accounts. I won't say that this is illogical, but from my experience, there's no such favoritism.

I've heard as many stories of getting indexed fast and ranking high in search engines from both Wordpress and Blogger users. As long as the content is good, the spiders will come.

When you post in Blogger, you can only “ping” a limited amount of sites, whereas with Wordpress on your own domain you can ping as many blog directories as you want, and start getting more traffic.
As a conclusion, I would say that Wordpress is only slightly ahead in terms of optimization for search engines, and building large amounts of traffic.

6) Money-Making Potential

There's no doubt that it's easier to get started with Google Adsense if you have a Blogger account. In fact you can now apply for Adsense from within a Blogger account. Not entirely surprising considering the fact that both are owned by the same company.

With Wordpress, it can get tricky. The default installation is not enough. You'll need a couple of plugins and even a better theme to really maximize the Adsense potential. However, this seems to be getting easier and there's even "Adsense revenue sharing" plugins around that allow you to share ad revenue with other contributors and writers for your blog.

When you start using Wordpress to build your Adsense websites, you’ll soon discover what I mean. It’s something you need to experience for yourself. I can tell you one thing though – when you go Wordpress, you don’t go back.

My suggestion:Many bloggers try to put many advertisement into one blog and hope can earn money from "SO MANY ADVERTISING REVENUE!!",this is absolutely Wrong!In fact,the blogger who inserts little advertisement can earn more than the blogger who put 10 different types of advertisement,it is because it looks messy and readers won't click the advertisement .Stick to two-three blog advertising networks which you can earn high potential commission and you are comfortable with the blog advertising network's policy. You might try the blog advertising network that i introduce to you and compare which one is the best for you.

Many bloggers are using Entrecard to drive traffics to their blog and even showed how Entrecard increases their traffics by showing graph statistic in their post.But,what is the hidden message behind it?Answer:They never show how Entrecard increases high bounce rate tremendously!!!Some blogger even has 80% high bounce rate !!!Which mean droppers just visit the blog less than 2 seconds then exit from the blog,that's why Entrecard or Exitcard comes into play(created by fatkidunleashed).In this topic,let us discuss about:

1)What is bounce rate?

What is bounce rate?

Bounce Rate is the percentage of visitors who enter your website on a given page and leave immediately instead of visit any other pages on your site. For example,Felex Tan clicks through to Felex Tan dot Com and then he leaves without visiting other pages.He bounced.

Why Entrecard increase bounce rate?
1)There are number of chain droppers who drop and bounce.They never read your blog at all because they want to drop as fast as they can to earn credits.

2)If you are the popular Entrecard user,chances you get high bounce rate is higher.It is because your Entrecard is more visibility in the community.Therefore droppers will drop into your blog first instead of the last one.

1)Build up a strong relationship-As i stated above too popular in Entrecard will cause high bounce rate.Well,if you are popular in Entrecard,you definitely receive a lot of Entrecard also.I will suggest that you can interact with those who always drop in your blog by building up the rapport with the blogger such as exchange ideas and exchange link with each other.Once you have strong relationship with the blogger,you can even exchange advertising at the 125*125 ads area not necessary using Entrecard because over advertising at Entrecard will increase bounce rate also.It is still depend on how you balance your advertising strategy.You can advertise on as many blog as you can but again do you interact with the blogger that you advertise at in the first place?You can send a message to thank for those who advertise on your blog and for those who approved your request.At least,they will know who are you and will start to know more about your blog and so on.

2)Drop your card on the relevant sites-There are a lot of droppers try to drop in different categories in order to receive drop in return,i don't mean you can't do this way but focus on relevant site first because you are sharing the topic which is related to the site.Example,you are Internet marketer and drop at pets category,do you think they will read your post?They definitely will drop and bounce.

3)Listen to your readers-You can use on-site surveys,submit your blog for review and leverage your email list to gain critical feedback.By doing this ,you able to know what they want to read and what kind of info can help them,based on the survey result and find out the topic which is suitable for them to read and help them to solve their problems.

4)Contents-Nothing is more important than content,it is a core of your blog.Readers won't continue to read or visit again if you are writing crap.Again,to write a quality content is not an easy as "A B C",it takes time to improve.Don't ever think about"slow and steady",it might not apply in blogging.You should learn as fast as you can and arrange your time wisely to achieve one of the best blogger to build up your reputation.

My thoughts
I will still use Entrecard as tool to socialize with bloggers from all over the world and will use it to advertise on high rank blog without spending a dime.

My advise
Do not rely on Entrecard to drive traffics only,it is just like "Don't put all the eggs into one basket".You can drive traffics by participating forum to contribute ideas,once you get trusted by other bloggers,they will visit your blog to find out more useful resources and it is a constant traffics.

Yesterday i went to visit Samsung road show at KLCC,the most attracted me is Samsung F480 it is because of the outlook is elegant and the compact touch-operated with pretty slick device .Well,let me share with you guys about Samsung F480 features:

I like this phone because of the outlook and it has 5 megapixel camera.However it is not a PDA phone which i unable to create word & excel file ,besides that ,it does not has wi-fi functions which i can't enjoy wi-fi service at WLAN area,but for normal browse is still alright.Basically,i am looking for PDA phone which i can blog anyway ,but if you just look for basic functions and like to take picture ,Samsung F480 is an added option for you.

Do you want get paid to click advertisement?Lets here my story:Finally i get paid from Bux.to and the amount is $100.I had waited more than 3 months from the date i requested which was 15th Jan 2008 .According to Bux.to terms of service,i should get paid from Bux.to on mid of March but due to Bux.to had changed the payment service from paypal to Alert pay and upgraded its server just after one week from my payment request,it caused payment delay,it is so unlucky to me as i want to make money online. I had submitted so many tickets about my when i will get paid,but i still received a same answer from admin "Bux.to is one of the best PTC,please be patient,if you are not get paid yet,please refer to success story at forum,so that you can estimate roughly by when you will get paid!",this is non sense at the first place,how can Bux.to admin asked your customer to estimate by themselves whereas they as a Bux.to staff should check from their system.Wow,tell you what,i was burned .I was so frustrated and lost confident with Bux.to because i hear a lot rumor that bux.to is a scam,it delays the payment and even does not pay to members.I was like lost direction and was thinking my money gone because i invested USD555.55 into Bux.to.
